What Dalruz provides

Dalruz is a shared AI inbox for agencies. It helps teams connect client communication channels, organize conversations, retrieve workspace knowledge, and prepare replies for human review.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Dalruz website, application, and related services. It does not replace any privacy notice an agency may provide to its own clients.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account, join a workspace, contact us, subscribe to updates, or configure a connected channel.

When you connect Gmail, Dalruz receives the Google account identity and the mailbox data needed to provide the features you request, such as listing messages, synchronizing conversations, and sending a message only after an authorized user initiates that action.

• Account details such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, and workspace membership.
• Mailbox and message data, attachments, labels, thread metadata, and provider tokens needed for a connected integration.
• Workspace knowledge, instructions, brand voice, drafts, audit events, and configuration created by your team.
• Technical information such as browser, device, approximate location, logs, and security events.

How we use Google user data

Dalruz uses Google user data only to provide the user-requested Gmail connection: synchronizing the connected mailbox, displaying relevant conversations, preparing drafts, and sending messages when a user explicitly approves or initiates the send workflow.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except service providers that help us deliver the requested product functionality, under appropriate contractual and security controls.

Relevant message content may be processed by the AI provider configured for your Dalruz deployment to generate a draft. It is not used by Dalruz to build advertising profiles. Workspace administrators should avoid uploading information they are not authorized to process.

Storage, security, and retention

Dalruz uses access controls, tenant isolation, encrypted connections, server-side token protection, and audit events to protect account and workspace data. No security measure eliminates all risk, so keep credentials secure and notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Workspace administrators can disconnect providers and request deletion. Some backups and legally required records may persist for a limited period before secure deletion.

Sharing and service providers

We share data only as needed to operate Dalruz, protect users, comply with law, or complete a transaction such as a merger or acquisition. Service providers may include authentication, hosting, email delivery, AI processing, storage, and connected communication providers.

We do not give service providers permission to use your data for their own advertising. Connected providers, including Google, process data under their own terms and policies, and you can revoke a connection from your Google Account settings or inside Dalruz.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict processing of personal information. You may also unsubscribe from non-essential product updates. Requests can be sent to hello@dalruz.com; we may need to verify your identity before acting.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as Dalruz changes. We will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the service after an update means the revised policy applies to future use.
