Using Dalruz

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Dalruz. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Dalruz for an agency or company, you confirm that you have authority to accept them on its behalf.

Dalruz is intended for agencies and teams managing client communication. You are responsible for choosing the right workspace members, permissions, connected accounts, and data for your use case.

Accounts and connected providers

Keep your login details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that your team has the rights needed to connect a mailbox or social channel.

When you connect a third-party provider, you authorize Dalruz to perform the actions described in the connection flow. Provider availability, quotas, permissions, and policy changes may affect the integration.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of the content, messages, files, instructions, and knowledge you submit or make available through Dalruz. You grant Dalruz the limited rights needed to host, process, synchronize, display, and transmit that content to provide the service.

You must not upload or connect information you are not authorized to process, violate another person's privacy, impersonate a person or organization, or use Dalruz to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications.

AI-assisted drafts and sending

Dalruz may generate suggestions using the workspace context and connected conversation data. Suggestions can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Your team must review, edit, and approve content before sending it.

Dalruz is not responsible for a message your team chooses to send, including its accuracy, legal compliance, recipients, attachments, timing, or effect. Product features may change as we improve safety and reliability.

Availability and changes

Dalruz is provided on an evolving basis and may include beta features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including a provider integration, when needed for security, legal, operational, or product reasons.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation or delivery through third-party systems.

Termination

You may stop using Dalruz at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create risk for users or providers, or if continued access would violate law or a provider policy.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, Dalruz is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Neither Dalruz nor its service providers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or takes away rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
